Judicial Review - India Buildings Development

8th June Two day judicial review of the process adopted for giving planning consent for a

hotel on the India Buildings site. The individual calling for the review is a member of the

GRASS committee. Held at the Court of Session in Parliament Square, the public can attend:

report to Parliament House Reception, Door 11. The case will be held at 10am. Check first

on 0131 225 2595 as the hearing may be postponed because of the election.
